I feel so incredibly blessed to join the CELA family! My passion for teaching is to help students develop a strong foundation in reading skills. Also, it brings such joy to my heart to see the growth of students’ academically and personally throughout the whole year. I love that I can share Jesus with my students every day and am so grateful I can continue to do so at CELA.
I have been teaching for 18 years. I have taught in 4K, 5K, and mostly 1st grade, with one year in 5th and 6th grade, for Christian Choice Schools in Milwaukee. I am from Markesan, Wisconsin and most recently moved from Milwaukee to Hartland. I love living in Lake Country because it reminds me of home and I get to enjoy nature as much as possible. I love being outside, especially on fall sunny days, helping others, helping my sister on her farm, playing volleyball and spending time with family and friends.
