My name is Emma Mogard and I feel so blessed to be working with the wonderful team here at CELA! I have been dancing since preschool and graduated in 2018 from St. Olaf College with a dance degree and a minor in management studies (emphasis in non-profit management). I was born and raised in Minnesota but don’t worry – I gave up on the Vikings and am now a Packers fan!
While in college, I learned that I have a passion for administration and the “behind-the-scenes” work that must be done to support an organization. Through my role as Administrative Director and then Vice President of a Christian student organization, I was able to support and lead an amazing group of students. After graduation, I moved to southeastern Wisconsin and was thrilled to start working at CELA. I am incredibly blessed to be able to share my Christian faith with the amazing students, parents, staff and teachers here.
In my personal time, I enjoy reading, spending time with family, crewing a sailboat on Lac La Belle and running. I am a part of St. Michael’s Anglican Church and love getting to play flute most weeks with the worship band. One of my favorite things to do is ballroom dance! I have been a competitive ballroom dancer since 2014, and almost nothing makes me happier than dancing.
I am excited to support our students and families in a variety of ways here at CELA. I firmly stand behind our three pillars of academic excellence, Christian values and leadership development. I hope to help nurture a loving environment for everyone who walks through CELA’S doors.
